Position Summary
This position is an integral role in Hometown Veterinary Partners' hospital acquisition activity and overall company growth. This role leads to the cross-functional execution of operations and integration activities for external acquisitions and, post-integration, continues supporting hospitals to ensure operations run smoothly and at maximum efficiency.

  • Partner with hospital team leaders to solve problems and ensure client needs are exceeded, and optimal patient care is delivered
  • Communicate deadlines to all internal HVP cross-functional teams to ensure prompt, efficient delivery
  • Partner with hospital leadership to strategically support Compassionate Care for sustainable growth
  • Partner with leadership and hospital teams to support growth and revenue potential
Collaboration
  • Manage multiple integrations simultaneously against strict deadlines
  • Coordinate, track, and lead due diligence activities, including financial, HR, vendor relationships, key contracts, and other items required for a successful partnership
  • Identify operational issues, develop solutions, and escalate across stakeholders to drive decision-making
  • Track success in partnership with the leadership team
  • Work hands-on in hospitals as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the company and role evolve

Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of veterinary industry experience, preferably in acquisition management, hospital leadership, or cross-functional team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or CVT/LVT credential
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with multiple internal and external parties on a project
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict management and leading difficult conversations
  • Project management platform experience a plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
