Hometown Veterinary Partners is seeking a motivated and resourceful Veterinary Recruiter & Sourcer to join our growing team. This mid-level role is critical in identifying, engaging, and managing a pipeline of top veterinary talent across our network of clinics. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, database management, and relationship building with veterinary professionals at all career stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and generate leads for veterinarians and veterinary technicians through online platforms, professional networks, databases, career fairs, and referrals.
- Manage and maintain our candidate database, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and strong pipeline organization.
- Partner with the recruiting and operations teams to understand staffing needs across all Hometown Veterinary Partners locations.
- Initiate outreach and conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive and active candidates.
- Create targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and geographic-specific hiring needs.
- Track metrics related to sourcing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary sector.
- Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the veterinary industry is a strong plus.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
